We are expanding quickly and need an Account Director to join our team. We work on some of the most exciting projects in London and the South East. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys leading a team and will embrace our collegiate culture.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated Account Director to join our team, to lead and deliver communications strategies. The role of Account Director is varied so the skills and experience required are extensive. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a number of years’ experience in communications and who can excel in this fast-paced environment.

Job requirements and professional skills include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, lead and implement PR and communications strategies
  • A leader, managing and supporting Comm Comm UK
  • Articulate and engaging in front of clients
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Manage budget and fee level across multiple projects
  • Proactively build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and communities
  • Contribute to new business leads.

You will be part of Comm Comm UK’s senior team, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be the day-to-day client lead, while managing and actively developing an account team. The role requires an organised individual who can work across multiple projects.

The initial contract is for a flexible two to three-month period, beginning mid-February. We are offering a competitive salary and there is the scope for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.


Job Title: Intern and Research Assistant

A paid internship for three months with a view to this becoming a permanent Account Executive position with an increased salary after that. 

Comm Comm UK is an established communications consultancy specialising in the built environment and stakeholder relations. You would be supporting planning and licensing applications and construction projects around London and the wider UK. You would be required to write letters, websites, marketing materials, maintain databases and talk to the community, politicians and societies. You must have excellent verbal and written skills and good administration skills. You may be required to travel within the UK for work and expenses would be paid by the company. 

The position would suit a recent graduate with an interest in politics, the built environment and communities. You would be working directly for a leader in the field and there are exciting professional development opportunities for the right person.
