Jessica Stewart, Managing Director

Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in the stakeholder and community relations and planning advocacy industry. This has combined both consultancy, in-house and public sector roles, including media relations at Government quango SEEDA and establishing the public affairs division at a specialist property PR consultancy. Comm Comm UK is an expert in delivering consultation projects, with particular expertise in developing strategy and delivering tailored consultations. Jessica combines an extensive knowledge of planning law and policy with a talent for and real enjoyment of working with communities on the ground.

Jessica has extensive experience of leading projects across London, including within Hounslow, and the South East for clients including Notting Hill Housing, Durkan, Berkeley Homes, Crest Nicholson and National Grid.

Catherine Street, Account Director

Catherine joined Comm Comm UK shortly after it was established and over the past five years has become a key team member and now manages the account team. Catherine has a Geography Degree from Swansea University. She is a member of the Young Urbanist network at The Academy of Urbanism and a Fellow at the RSA.

Catherine has a detailed knowledge of the planning process, with experience of supporting and reviewing planning applications for both large and small-scale schemes. Projects include residential, retail, office, hotel and mixed-use developments. In addition to planning and stakeholder relations expertise, Catherine also demonstrates an excellent knowledge of social media marketing and analysis.

 

Vivien Moseley, Account Manager

Vivien joined Comm Comm UK three years ago with experience in public relations and public engagement. She has a keen interest in community involvement and working with stakeholders to build relationships.

Vivien is an experienced Account Manager with particularly strong skills in data analysis and copywriting. A recent career highlight is her hands-on involvement with the now consented redevelopment of City of London Primary Academy Islington (COLPAI) on the site of the former Richard Cloudesley School, which includes a new primary school as well as 66 new homes for social rent. The scheme received strong local objection. However, after a successful and thorough consultation, the scheme was granted planning permission by the City of London and London Borough of Islington in March 2018.

Vivien has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter, where she took a particular interest in urban development.

Ben Davies, Account Executive   Ben joined Comm Comm UK one year ago after completing his MA in Communications, Media Planning and Public Relations at Swansea University. Priya Shah, Account Manager

Priya has recently joined Comm Comm UK with Public Affairs and stakeholder engagement experience in the built environment sector, including housing, planning, energy and transport.

Priya has provided communications and political support on successful planning projects in several London Boroughs and the Home Counties, ranging from strategic land sites, retirement living projects and commercial sites.

In December 2017, Priya founded BAME in Property, a networking forum to help increase ethnic diversity in the property and planning sectors from a recruitment perspective, as well as achieving best outcomes for planning policy and community engagement.

In 2018, Priya was been listed as one of the RTPI Planner Magazine’s Women of Influence and was shortlisted as one of Estate Gazette’s Rising Stars for her work on BAME in Property.

Louise Hyams, Associate

Louise has been a local councillor for over 20 years and has vast experience of all aspects of local government.

She has a thorough understanding of stakeholders and residents and the vital importance of communication through the planning process.

Sam Holgate, founder of Filigree Communications, is a corporate communications consultant with a specialist focus on corporate clients in property, infrastructure and transport, working in partnership with Comm Comm UK.

Sam's expertise lie in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs and media relations. Her broad corporate affairs experience means she has a rounded approach to communication challenges, giving consideration to all aspects, including brand reputation, digital, social, employee engagement and crisis communication.

As Head of Communications at Gatwick Airport, she led its rebrand positioning it as London's airport of choice. Within the property sector, her experience includes ASDA, Sainsbury's, Westfield, Travelodge, B&Q, University of the Arts London, Barratt Homes and Crest Nicholson.
