Jessica Stewart, Managing Director

Jessica has worked in stakeholder and corporate communications, reputation management and planning advocacy for some 20 years. Jessica combines extensive experience in consulting and media relations with an extensive knowledge of planning and development policy.

She combines public and private sector experience having held senior positions in-house, in consultancy and at SEEDA. Past projects include media and stakeholder relations for a number of town centre regeneration, infrastructure and power and masterplanning schemes. Clients have included National Grid, Kent County Council, NHS and various housing associations.

Catherine Street, Account Director  

Catherine joined Comm Comm UK shortly after it was established in 2014 and has become a key team member, now managing the account team. Catherine has a BA (Hons) Geography degree from Swansea University and is a member of the Young Urbanist network at The Academy of Urbanism.

Catherine has detailed knowledge of the planning process and stakeholder relations, leading and supporting strategic projects across residential, commercial, educational and leisure industries. She also has an excellent understanding of social media marketing and analysis. 



Vivien Moseley, Account Manager

Vivien joined Comm Comm UK with experience in public relations and public engagement. She has a keen interest in community involvement and working with stakeholders to build relationships.

Vivien has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter, where she took a particular interest in urban development.

Lottie Colquhoun, Senior Account Executive

Lottie has an MSc in Marketing and Management alongside a BA (Hons) in Politics with a minor in Criminology. With her extensive understanding of marketing, Lottie demonstrates an excellent knowledge of social media marketing and analysis as well as of communications strategies.

Lottie is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Outside of work, Lottie is a keen hockey player and represents Wapping Hockey Club.


Sam Holgate, Associate

Sam Holgate, founder of Filigree Communications, is a corporate communications consultant with a specialist focus on corporate clients in property, infrastructure and transport, working in partnership with Comm Comm UK. 

Sam's expertise lie in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs and media relations. Her broad corporate affairs experience means she has a rounded approach to communication challenges, giving consideration to all aspects, including brand reputation, digital, social, employee engagement and crisis communication.

As Head of Communications at Gatwick Airport, she led its rebrand positioning it as London's airport of choice. Within the property sector, her experience includes ASDA, Sainsbury's, Westfield, Travelodge, B&Q, University of the Arts London, Barratt Homes and Crest Nicholson.


Louise Hyams, Associate

Louise has been a local councillor for over 20 years and has vast experience of all aspects of local government.

She has a thorough understanding of stakeholders and residents and the vital importance of communication through the planning process.
