In 2023, Kensington Property Partnership enlisted the help of Comm Comm UK to conduct consultation activities in support of a planning application to repurpose a section of Kensington Town Hall's basement car park for new, highly sought-after purposes.

The proposed development includes the following:

• A hospitality training academy

• Flexible workspace for small businesses

• Secure self-storage units with a manned reception

To facilitate the planning application process, Comm Comm UK conducted consultation activities aimed at informing neighbouring residents and local stakeholders, including politicians, about the proposals.

To assist with the consultation efforts, a leaflet was created and distributed to neighbours and stakeholders, providing detailed information about the proposals and offering ways to provide feedback, ask questions, and get in touch.

Comm Comm UK played a crucial role in crafting the key messages featured in the leaflet, as well as developing a project website designed by our team.

The project is currently ongoing and a decision is expected to be reached in the coming months.
