The Mullin Motor Museum

Client: The Mullin Automotive Museum

Borough: West Oxfordshire District Council

Date: 2022 - present

The Mullin Automotive Museum is an exciting project to bring the world class Peter Mullin car collection to the UK, with a motor museum, events space, restaurant, demonstration track and 56 holiday homes all on one site. The development is on a 54-hectare site next to Enstone Airfield, Great Tew. Having originally been granted outline planning permission in 2020, Comm Comm UK were appointed to deliver the communications and public consultation strategy for the revised masterplan.

We have worked closely with local parish councils to create a Community Forum to share information and understand concerns, and the scheme was taken to committee in March 2023 and successfully granted permission. The venture will bring investment and employment to the area, with the planned landscaping aiming to achieve a biodiversity net gain of 60-70% across the site.
