  • 1960’s building used for office space

    A pair of historic passageways that connect Livonia Street with D’arblay Street

Scheme deliverables:

  • Renovation and extension of existing building into a new environmentally, responsible, contextually sensitive office space

  • Improvement to the underpass connection

Communications undertaken:

  • Engaged with neighbouring residents, local stakeholders and key councillors to address any questions or concerns

  • Promoted positive aspects of the scheme, encouraging the local business community to support the application

  • Planning application has been submitted

  • Awaiting committee date
