Gaw Capital is working on the enhancement of 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road. The scheme will provide an improved public realm and retail units on the ground floor as well as a two and a half-storey modern roof extension. It will also provide new facilities for Bulleid Way bus station and reconfigure Central Square with a new office entrance.

Comm Comm UK led the strategic relations and community engagement programme to gain local support for the application, which was submitted to Westminster City Council and was unanimously granted by its Planning Committee in December 2017.
