High Lane Estate

Comm Comm has delivered planning communications for the demolition of 264 homes, and delivery of over 500 new homes, on this estate in Ealing. The work is being completed over three phases.

Our role:

• Assistance with final residents’ workshop and to

  launch a wider consultation with neighbouring

  residents and stakeholders

• Develop plans for a masterplan for the estate

  regeneration, as well as detailed plans for the first

  Phase.

Existing site:

• 1970s estate comprised of 264 homes - mixture of two bed maisonettes and three bed flats

• The site sits opposite Brent Valley Park and Golf Club, so consideration of ecology and landscaping was important.

Communications undertaken:

• Supported the team to continue consultation during COVID-19

• Extended engagement to the wider area.

Scheme deliverables:

• 505 new homes: a mix of apartments and houses

• New café/shop and community space.

Status of scheme:

• Construction underway.
