Whether your project is big or small, is short term or an ongoing scheme for future generations, Comm Comm has experience in supporting clients to deliver the very best results.
Below you can see a range of projects we are currently working on and have delivered in the past few years, including housing regeneration, new affordable homes, tourism and leisure projects, offices, medical facilities and more.
The Cotswolds Automotive Museum
Comm Comm UK focussed on building community consensus to overturn opposition from previous scheme. Planning consent was achieved at committee. Community forum meetings were instrumental in achieving success.
Duchy of Cornwall
Working closely with the Duchy of Cornwall, Comm Comm UK is delivering an in-depth programme of consultation and ongoing engagement on this exemplary sustainability project with 2,500 homes, up to 2,500 jobs and wide-reaching supporting infrastructure.
Sydenham Hill
Comm Comm UK delivered planning and construction communications to replace an empty care home that was no longer fit-for purpose much-needed new homes.
Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions
Comm Comm UK delivered tailored consultation with Stoll residents, many of whom were veterans, about selling a parcel of land to Chelsea Football Club. Proceeds of the sale would pay for new homes in Fulham and Aldersot. Residents voted 85% in favour.
London Road Barking
Comm Comm UK created innovative consultation methods to maximise participation on plans for a new tall building in Barking town centre. The Council wanted to hear from locals and we captured their voices by workshoping on market stalls and at pop-ups by the station.
Project Flourish
A complex and much-needed housing masterplan on a rare brownfield site has required a focus on community outreach within consultation from the start. Comm Comm UK has enjoyed promoting the project and our partners, Ballymore and Sainsbury’s, at every community event - from BBQs at the London Sports Trust to workshops in Grand Union Studios.
Brookfield Riverside
Comm Comm UK worked with Sovereign Centros, Borough of Broxbourne and Herts County Council to pull together public consultation for both the new town centre and 1,500 homes. 800 local people came to our roadshow of events, with a lot of support shown and very few objections submitted - less than 30.
Laurel Park
New homes and an SEND school are proposed in Hertfordshire. Comm Comm UK is leading on the planning application communications as we wait for a decision.
