Project Flourish at Kensal Canalside approved and ready to blossom

The Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area is one of the largest undeveloped brownfield sites in Kensington and Chelsea, and we were delighted recently when members of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)’ planning committee approved Ballymore and Sainsbury’s joint proposals to redevelop a large portion of the site.
